As a customer-centric, curious creative, I am passionate about finding and solving real problems that drives positive impact. I have 17 years of working experience in diverse settings. For the last 7 years I have been working in financial services industry testing and bringing a variety of B2C, B2B products in Dutch market as an intrapreneur.

I enjoy designing and facilitating design sprints, working with interdisciplinary, multi - cultural teams.

I am resilient by nature and I embrace change with “rugged flexibility” and see it as a tool for personal and professional growth.

I consider myself to be in the listening business.

I enrich my life with stories, hiking, improvisation and writing.

‘Solvitur Ambulando’. I believe walking to be one of the best remedies to any problem. My longest and most enlightening hike was 270 km, completed in 2 weeks.

I practice improvisation to get to know myself better, to improve my active listening skills and to keep ‘playfulness’ and ‘uninhibited creativity’ as a part of my adult life.

I write short stories as an amateur and translated a book on the psychological impacts of earthquakes. Looking for a new book to translate.
